Acumen Project Management is a new company but with over 35 years experience within the construction industry. Set up by Graham Carr in 2005, Acumen offers project management and workshop facilitation, and in addition, advice and practical help on a range of construction issues such as supply chain, innovation and partnering.
Graham Carr was formerly Managing Director of E. Turner & Sons based in Cardiff, for 8 years from 1992 and Managing Director of another Willmott Dixon company based in Birmingham & Leeds for 4 years. Graham therefore brings a wealth of recent and relevant management experience from the sharp-end of construction businesses who have gone through considerable change programmes.
Graham has set-up and overseen over 40 ‘partnering’ contracts and 3 framework agreements. The mission of Acumen Project Management will be to offer the highest quality advice and service to construction clients.
